ClutchAI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the ClutchAI mobile application.
Information you provide: When you create an account, we may collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple provides (user identifier, optional name and email).
Bet slip images: Images you upload for analysis are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. We do not store your images on our servers.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the app, including analysis counts and feature usage, stored locally on your device.
Most of your data (analysis history, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not maintain a server-side database of your betting history or personal data.
OpenAI: Images and text you submit for analysis are processed by OpenAI's API. See OpenAI's privacy policy at openai.com/privacy.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect purchase history and device identifiers. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple: If you use Sign in with Apple, your authentication is handled by Apple. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
Data stored on your device remains until you delete the app or use the "Delete Account" feature. We do not retain your personal data on our servers beyond what is necessary to process your current request.
ClutchAI is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
You can delete all your data at any time using the "Delete Account" option in the Profile screen. This will remove all locally stored data from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
