By downloading or using ClutchAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClutchAI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Informational Use Only

ClutchAI provides AI-generated analysis of betting slips for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App:

• Does NOT guarantee any betting outcomes or winnings
• Does NOT constitute financial, investment, or gambling advice
• Does NOT encourage or promote gambling
• Is NOT a sportsbook or gambling platform

All betting decisions are made solely at your own risk. Past analysis accuracy does not guarantee future results.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction
• Gambling responsibly and within your means
• The accuracy of information you submit for analysis
• Keeping your account credentials secure

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ClutchAI offers optional paid subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) that provide unlimited AI analyses. Free users receive 3 analyses per day.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features of ClutchAI are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the AI analysis will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClutchAI and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any losses incurred from betting decisions made based on App analysis.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
